Once you use the pac the acc's closed and any credit is lost (unless you're moving to an Orange contract when they may move it on to that).
Best to use it before you port out.

They've improved the service, about time. The trouble that used to create when I was on the phones there was a nightmare.

Sorry for the duff info. . .

You were right, the first person who i spoke to seems to be talking absolute rubbish as i have just phoned again twice to double check and both times the person has said the credit dissapears. Or i can transfer it to another payg account.

Glad to be leaving orange after this sort of service.

Orange have the most appalling customer service out there. You can call five different people, only half will speak in a language you can understand properly, and each one will tell you something different.

Orange are doing my head in at the moment - trying to unlock my handset so I can go elsewhere.

Everybody I speak to gives me a different timescale for getting the code - Tuesday morning they phoned me to say I would get the code by email within 24 hours, phoned last night and was told I'd definitely receive it within 2 to 4 hours - guess what? Absolutely nothing.

I can't wait to go to Tesco PAYG or Asda PAYG.
