This company boasts a 30 day no quibble refund if you return an unwanted phone. My wife bought a phone from them and returned it within 5 days in perfect condition., but was refused a refund because they claimed it was scratched.
This was definitely not the case, so beware this company.

That's really odd, I've had a totally different experience. I bought a handset (Samsung Diva) from them but decided it wasn't for me so sent it back to them just last week, everything got sorted out without any problems and I had a refund in 2 days.0
