In which case, you should be entitled to a refund for the time that you couldn't use it. But, ultimately, it is not their fault your car was damaged. It was the fault of the people who did it. After all, it could have happened if your car had been parked anywhere.0 -
the area isnt great thats why I went with the undercroft, true it could happen anywhere but when I have to park it outdoors where it should be locked up I thought I could get some sort of liability.
they did say if they had a record of anyone reporting the fault they would have classed it differently. a few people did but apparently nothing was recorded.0
