can someone point me in the right direction please.
At the moment we have Virgin TV, phone and broadband. We are moving soon to TQ4 post code (Broadsands) and need to find a reliable broadband/ phone as Virgin cable are not in that area and we would prefer not to have broadband through the phone line, not sure if we want TV yet as we want to try Freeview first but we are open to suggestions.
Does anyone live in that area?
Thankyou in advance

If virgin cable is not available the only sensible option is through the phone line.This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0

If your new house is not in a cable area, you don't have any alternative to ADSL broadband, except mobile broadband.
VM can transfer your phone and broadband onto their Virgin National service, this a standard ADSL service.
If you are still in contract, you will otherwise have to pay an early termination charge for any services that you don't transfer over.
Look at samknows for LLU alternatives on your area, it's not possible to determine your exchange from the info given (full postcode or exchange name required).

TalkTalk are the only LLU ISP on your exchange:
http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/WWCHRS
LLU = Local Loop Unbundled.
ADSL= Assymetric Digital Subscriber Line
So your cheapest calls+broadband option will be the TT Essentials package at £6.99. Though that is not a recommendation.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
