My point being that a bit of customer service in the first place would have saved them a lot of time and aggravation
I feel your pain but like I said, 10000s of us, millions of transactions rattling through the banking system every minute/hour/day so it would be impossible to ring everyone up whose account has an error on it and apologise and warn them that the money is being reclaimed. That was my point in my first post. Yes I agree, in the ideal world they would have called and said Sorry Tabskitten but this sure aint the ideal world!;)0 -

Funny they have the time and call me quite often to advise me what to do with my growing investments.......
They even have the time to send someone to my home tomorrow to discuss this with me......:silenced:They Were Up In Arms wrote: »I think tabskitten is a crying, walking, sleeping, talking, living troll :cool:0 -

I dont see ya laughing.:rotfl:
You cant be that upset because you are inviting them into your home. If someone was rude to you in a shop you wouldnt invite them into your home to sell you something else.
Well done on your growing investments, even more important to keep a close eye on your income and expenditure.
Good Luck!0 -

Yes because they hope to make money out of this, they don't make money out of someone apologising for the bank's errors, although keeping customers happy should be a priority
Banks like money, they like making it, but don't like spending it.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
