Been with talktalk for over a year had 1mb internet for 14.99 a month including free calls on a 12 month contract.
16 months into being with them I am cancelling due to moving house. So I rang up cancelled etc stopped my direct debits, got told Im paid up to date and I'll get a refund of £10 on 10th Aug, however I got on 10th of aug a bill for a concession fee of £37.30.
Have emailed tried calling but just get cut off all the time, thank god I have stopped my DD with them so they cant access my account, have had no problems with them up till now.
From what Ive heard they are just useless ohh well if they keep on trying to bill me I'll just go to Offtel.
