On January 16th 2010 I contacted my internet provider (TalkTalk/Tiscali) after a week of no internet access. After the usual hour, they said that the line was fine, the router was fine so it must be my apple mac. Fair enough. Over the next month I got in two professional I.T. technicians who both said that it was TalkTalk/Tiscali's router that was at fault. I was constantly telephoning TalkTalk/Tiscali but they kept knocking me back with the same complaint.
On 10th Feb.I asked for my MAC and BT took on my internet from the 3rd of March.
But TalkTalk/Tiscali are still charging me for the use of the internet from January to March. And, of course, they are piling on the fines.
How do I start coming back at them?
Yours aye,
Richard
