    He's waiting for his supplier to send the laptop over from china/hong kong etc quite a common scam nowadays, ie its probably stuck in customs because hes labelled it as a mobile phone and a value of $30

    hes got your cash and earning interest on it whilst he waits for some bloke at crappiputers in honkers to build it!

    start the charge back now and put his email on https://www.bigboysinrevealingposes.com and click on yes i would like to receive 1000's of naked pics of men etc to my inbox everyday. revenge is the way ahead!

    Try putting a claim through your credit card company as "fraud" and you should be entitled to get the full amount back
