don't take paypal from this buyer, it'll cause more problems.

I filled a small courts claim against a seller who kept delaying paying me back for a non-sent item by 'pretending' payment had been sent, and even emailing screen grabs of 'bank transferred' payments with deliberatley mis-typed numbers.

needless to say, after 12 months of generally creating a real problem for the guy, he has a CCJ and now he's paying me back.

I've documented everything online and will point you all to it once i've finished being paid!

thats what i was thinking tbh if i did have the dvd and let him pay via paypal to me after the way he has been with communications so far i have visions of it going down the item not arrived/chargeback route.

I think i would rather cut my losses and take the neg rather than take the risk, only thing that annoys me i have had to open 4 NPB's this week 1 has paid no problem, one i have had no contact from whatsoever and the other 2 have both responded but not sent payment :mad: which obviously means if i neg them for non payment they are open to leave retaliatory negs :rolleyes: im starting to realise how much the feedback system stinks :rolleyes:
