I though cashback was only awarded when its in your name. Its in my boyfriends name.

The meter reading was valid but it was because we had a really incompetant handyman round who 'insisted' we leave all the gas on to hel him find the leak. It doesnt matter.

From your name i am guessing you are affiliated with a company?

Its sorted now just making it hard to calculate our accurate usage.

Not that we should be talking about U know W, since it's meant to be confined to a sticky thread. I think it works like Avon or Ann Summers, the agent gets a commission for introducing customers. You can draw your own conclusions.

Being in the final stages of joining Eon duel fuel from BG and Scottish Power - Eon asked for my readings first, last week 'in readiness' - now BG and SP are asking for them a week later. Is it best to give BG and SP the same readings I gave Eon last week, or the genuine ones taken today?
Eon Rep, can I submit more recent ones to Eon if everything is not quite completed (the last column in the page showing the transition hasnt been headed in red yet, but it does say youre now receiving gas from Eon.

Hi ANGLICANPAT

It's important the meter readings we open your account to are the same as those your previous suppliers close their accounts to.

The gas and electric can transfer on different dates. I would find out from us when each account is due to go live. Give us a reading on that day.

We will start your account from that reading. We will also send these readings to your previous suppliers so they can close their accounts.
