Sounds as though your electric meter is old technology and could certainly do with updating. In this case, the info on our website will not be much help. Should be ok for the gas though.

Sorry for not getting back to you, lost internet for a while but back now. I am in the process of changing suppliers as I kinda fell out with EON, I will send you screenshots of the accounts as of todays date and maybe you can tell me whether they are correct or not? Please
They wanted £50 per meter and were going to change the Electric meter to a Key meter anyway, so if they were changing the meter anyway why not just accommodate one of THEIR customers? Pushed me too far so like I said I have requested moving to another supplier. The only way I will stop this is if they learn to respect people and understand they aint the only company looking for customers.

Ok I'm after some advice again if you dont mind. Malc I sent you a copy of the final bill.
But what I wanna ask is how can a Bill go from being over £1000 in credit, to getting my final bill today of £485 in credit to them now refusing a refund??? Here is what it says, this was based on the guy coming out & taking final meter readings so it wasnt even an estimate..

Malc will sort you out, I should think. Personally, I would try again and take the name of the Customer Services Rep. If you are in credit and it is a final bill, then any Customer Services Rep refusing an immediate refund is probably looking for a few days away from the phones being retrained.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Thanks. I am the worlds worst for not getting names. The first person I got said it was too much to give out as refund, then they put me onto someone else. She just wasnt having it at all. Said it will be sorted, I said it already had, you got my meter readings done by EON guy, what else is there??

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Malc for sorting it all out, got my refund and its in the bank now, cant thank you enough seriously. Just a shame I had to leave EON for it to be resolved, wish I had come to you in the first place. You're a asset to EON and MSE
