Free gift from Givaudan for completing perfume survey

I have not had the big questionaire yet and I didn't get it last year.
I did not get any perfume either so cannot understand it. I have done lots of trials and had lots of surveys. I have had vouchers in the past but nothing for a while.I suppose I should just keep my fingers crossed because when I queried it before they said who was I and had I any survey examples. I sent them but never heard although surveys still came.

I'm hoping the new questionnaire will be arriving some time this week ... I'm sure I got mine around the 28th Feb last year.

Been with them for a couple of years but haven't received the big survey book or perfume, done quite a few trials and questionaires, also received capital bonds for doing them. Should I enquire? If I knew where to enquire.:(

No one has got this years perfume or questionnaire yet, they are usually sent out the end of Feb but maybe running a bit late this year?

As far as I remember I didnt get the perfume and the questionnaire until I had been with them for a whole year, so if you joined say for arguments sake March 2010, in Feb 2011 you wouldnt have been with them for a whole year so you would be due your perfume and questionnaire this time round.

Hope that makes sense?

I think thats how I remember it working but if there is a more seasoned member that has a better memory than me then please correct me.

Do the capital bonds seem to be a bit slow recently for anyone else. I don't seem to have had as many for the number of questioner I've done, nor have I received one for the last fabric conditioner trial. They normally come through quick and regular. I've started to put them in their own email folder so I can keep track on ones i have completed.

I have to agree - I'm the same, I havent had any Capital Bonds from them for a while and I didnt get one after the last fabric conditioner trial either. I wasnt sure whether I'd completed enough surveys to qualify. (I really ought to make a note of these things!) and wondered if my voucher had gone walkabouts ...
