Last year i sent mine back and they did not send me any even after doing the surveys for a year , contacted them but still did not

The team Panel and Sylvie Accor thank you for your support throughout this year and to wish you an happy christmas and New year, and we hope to meet you the next year.
In February, as every year, you will receive by mail a paper questionnaire to up-date your personal information. It will be very important to return it to Givaudan fully completed.

The perfume usually arrives with the questionaire...and is usually posted from France so Ive no reason to believe it wont turn up later this month or at the beginning of March

I did not get the questionaire last year or the perfume so I am hoping to get it this year. Keeping my fingers crossed, I could do with a treat.

Mine has never arrived with the questionnaire, its only ever arrived a few weeks after I have sent it back.
