yes, mine definitely arrived with the questionnaire last year!

The list has been going for a few years now...its compiled by everyone on this site and if there are new fragrances each year then they too are added to the list...
When the perfume arrives its not labelled in the traditional way or in instantly recognisable bottles...this is done I assume to prevent people selling it. The perfume is identified by initials only and "clever contributers" on MSE have identified the names to the initials...

Having a list to refer to helps us all establish what perfume we have received...Hope that answers your question.

Last year mine arrived with the questionaire...and I have a bit of a therory on it being that the first year you just get sent the questionaire and if you complete it and return it then the next year you are sent both the perfume and the questionaire....Im guessing if one year you dont sent the booklet back then you wont get the perfume the following year...so potentially the bottle of perfume is sent in arrears if that makes sense...

Is anyone else doing the current fabric conditioner trial? I am getting a bit worried because I have had the conditioner for a couple of weeks at least, and there has been no sign of the online survey for it. Has the email with the link gone astray? Has anyone else done the survey yet?

Same here, I used it all up over a week ago and no sign of the survey?

Hi all, apologies if someone has the same issue as me and I'm being a right div not seeing it!
I filled the questionnaire in last March (if I remember rightly) but have not received anything from them since... no further Q'aires or samples either. Does this mean I wasn't accepted onto the panel, or do you think I will hear again this year? Thanks xx

I was just coming on to post that I hadn't seen the link either!

All this talking about the free perfume made me realise that I hadn't completed a post trial survey...have checked and searched emails and junk folder.... do not want to jeopardise the end of year treat by not filling that in!!

Thank god it's not just me! I've lost the piece of paper that came with the conditioner too so can't check the date it said the survey would be available!
