in Mobiles
recently began a contract with t-mobile in march contract done in tesco phone shop at the time of taking out contract was told i would receive a free gift have the gift certificate and contract this was due on 18th of march .Have still not received and t mobile say its nothing to do with them this is tescos fault but they just keep fobbing me off any ideas where i stand what i could do ?? thanks

The free gift would be an incentive from Tesco, you need to be speking to them not T-mobile.0 -
As above, its a dealer offer and it has nothing to do with the network. You need to start giving Tesco a hard time over it. Like going in on a Saturday morning and being VERY vocal about them not honouring their own deals. You'd be amazed how quickly they sort thing out for you
