I could have wrote your last post. You sound exactly the same as me. I want to shift about 2 stone as well.0 -
Hey, can you include me in this months challenge, need to get my weight down another half a stone so this will give me that little bit of extra motivation to keep up the good work for this month coming. So I am aiming for a 7lb loss and I will be a happy bunny!
I weigh myself on mondays at the gym so will be starting this challenge from whatever weight I am this coming Monday.0 -

I am great at pep talks, now I need to prove to myself that I'm NOT all mouth and no trousers!:rotfl:It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your windowEvery worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph; a beginning, a struggle and a victory. - Ghandi0 -

I just wanted to say, you don't have to be a fruitaholic for the weightloss to work. I like fruit but it makes me hungry (fruit sugar?) so I don't eat very much of it. I don't like salads so I haven't had many of them either since commencing the diet and I've had a really steady, positive weight lossIt's all about knowing what works for you. If you snack a lot, is there any way you can just get rid of all the snacky things in the house and see if that helps break the cycle?

Hi all
Well the last week of April went well for me and I managed to lose 2lbs. So I am definately sticking to my new regime. I am absolutely determined to lose 7lbs in May as I only have 2 months to get back into some of my summer clothes.
Off to menu plan for this week.0 -

Good luck everyone
I have two targets this month - I need to lose 3lbs to cross the next stone weight loss mark, and 6lbs to be in the 11 stones. The wedding is in a month and I'd love to have lost the 6lbs by then but realistically I'd be happy with the 3lbs off. Either is a nice psychological barrier for me.
Maisie, I'd love to see your menu plan if you don't mind sharing it. I'm always after new ideas.0 -
Add me please, Dragon!0
