You could reduce your phone down to size M. Unless your tied to a 12 month contract then they might not let you until the 12 months is upComping again0

For a new customer (excluding the free months and any cashback deals) the price for that is £25.95 + £11.99 for the phone so unless you want to alter the package I doubt you'll get a reduction.
I'm movng to VM BB + phone but I don't intend to use the phone for anything other than an 0808 call bypass number because their prices are a rip off. I don't currently spend more than a couple of quid a month on the bypass service and any BT call charges combined.0 -
I am not impressed with Virgin Media - I am currently getting XL TV, broadband, Sky Sports and calls unlimited which comes to £70 (£5 because I wont pay by dd), but then our calls on top of that bring it up to near £80 a month.
I phoned up today to ask to be given a lower package as we dont XL tv, but they wouldnt entertain us - saying the lower we go price wise - the more the sports package costs!
I definately feel they are stinging us to be honest.0 -

That's typical of Virgin's pricing of Sky Sports & Sky Movies packs...
Have you considered going with Sky? If you've got digital TV for Sky Sports it works out cheaper to go with Sky.0 -

Why wont you pay by DD and paperless bills, that would save you about £6.50 a month?
I must admit I havent had any problems with VM. I been with them for nearly 4 years now, (Well it was telewest at first). My prices went up a while ago so I rang them up to say I want to leave, they asked why and I told them I was going to sky because they had a better deal, which they did at the time. They brought my price down in about 2 minutes. It has gone up again since then but all their prices have gone up in AprilComping again0
