seriously doubt it is relevant to the OP any more.

not to the origional OP, but on doing a Google search, this is all that came up, so it's still ongoing to those of us that require assistance.

    Sorry,
That one is a LIVEWIRE UNIVERSAL CONTROLLER.
The one we are after is the LIVEWIRE TOTAL TV CONTROLLER.
(I'll try and upload a pic. How can I put in an attachement???)
  • Apparently I cannot post attachements or links yet as I'm a new user.
How can I post these pics ??
  • If I'm not allowed to post pics of it. I shall TRY amd describe it.
    Here goes.

At first glance it resembles a Sky remote control but with a Dark Blue Body with Black and Light Blue buttons (All with white lettering).
The buttons, (From top to bottom, left to right) Start off with a power button and L.E.D. top right.
next a row of 4 black buttons, these are,
    1. Mute, 2.Launch Astromail/onscreen messages. 3. Fav, 4. Help.
    Then 2 Blue, buttons
    1. Language selection, 2. Subtitles.
Then set in a circular fashionare 4 Black buttons, which are Vol up/down. Channel up/down.
Inside them 5 blue buttons Up/down/left/right and Ok.
Below them 2 blue buttons, Guide and Info,
Followed by a row of 4 blue buttons consisting of, Guide, Box Office, Exit, Back..
Then the usual RED, GREEN,YELLOW, & BLUE buttons.
Lastly a grid of 12 black buttons with alpa numeric figures, 1-0 numbers, No 1 has ctr, the 10th button has *+#, the 11th is 0, and the final 12th button says Text.

Hopefully this will help identify it.
    cheers,
    Joe.
