Anybody know how to get it to search for a TV. The instructions are not particularly useful.
My TV is a Lodos RF2100TV

I'm in the same boat. Having scoured the internet for information on codes, it would seem this remote is actually designed for operating a "Digital Multimedia Terminal" (DMT) from a company called Astro (as referenced in the "instructions") which originates from China.
On the back of the pacakaging of my remote, ITP Imports (a warehouse in Dewsbury) is the only mention of a manufacturer. I'm guessing what we've bought is a re-packaged DMT remote which has the byproduct of being generically compatible with a handful of TVs/devices (certainly none of the ones in my house unfortunately).
In my opinion, it's a fake/scam and should be returned for a refund. Perhaps even trading standards should be informed if the above proves true.
Anyone else have any success with it?0 -

I think (can check tomorrow) that you hold the "set" button (TV should be on) then press the device (in your case TV), release the buttons. The red LED should flash, stop then flash. When it turns off you TV press a button on the controller (not set) & that's it.0

Might be an OLD thread... but shops are STILL selling the item WITHOUT instructions, so its still revelent.
IF the help was posted instead of stupid comments things would go a lot easier.
Ps there's no SET button on this remote,0 -
