I sent mine back last Tuesday and I rang them today to see if it had been processed. Nice chap on the phone told me they'd logged it as 'received' on Friday and once they do that it then takes 48 hours to process (not including the weekends). So he advised me to call back tomorrow afternoon or Thursday morning and it should be done by then. He did say they should be able to tell me there and then what difference to my payments there were (if any) but that I probably wouldn't receive anything in writing for about 10-14 days.
So, on that timescale I'd guess you'd be looked at about Friday for yours, if you wanted to know over the phone.

I phoned mine through on Monday Morning. Phoned up this morning to see if it was dealt with and the bloke was a little off and said it hadn't been done yet and I should be patient as they have a lot of people's claims to deal with!
I consider my wrists slapped!

I rang back on Wednesday evening and mine still hadn't been done (despite what the nice chap told me on Tuesday). Rang back again this afternoon and it still hasn't been done
Was told to call back in 7 days and it *might* be done by then.
<sigh>
