Hi
https://www.hotelscomparison.com and https://www.travelsupermarket.com both compare most of the main providers. Having said that it is sometimes cheaper to look at the hotel's own website after you have decided where you wish to go.0 -
I use https://www.laterooms.com frequently, say at least 50 times a year. It can be worth looking on the site, identifying which hotel you want to stay in, then phoning the hotel direct. You don't often get a better deal, if they offer the same price go back to laterooms and keep them in business! Also, my main reason for liking this site is you only give a credit card number to guarantee the reservation, your card is not charged til you arrive at the hotel. Another site that works in the same way is https://www.venere.com. Both are good for the UK, Europe and worldwide.

https://www.holidayextras.co.uk and https://www.superbreaks.com are two good websites. They manage to get the cheapest rates from the hotels, however, not all hotel groups sign up to them. "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion". _party_0

I'd recommend searching on https://www.venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and reasonable prices too (which you also don't have to pay in advance!)
Plus for 4% off, use code: BK5HX8W
Hope that helps0 -

The list by Albalad is probably your best resource for researching hotels.
www.hotelscomparison.com cuts out a lot of the work but doesnt include all companies.
No one company is always cheapest so always do a wide search.
www.easyjethotels.coms "double the difference back" price promise is easily obtained provided the t&cs are met.
sites that meet these requirements are
medhotels.com
find-rooms.com
alpharooms.com
diytravel.co.uk
travelrepublic.co.uk
promo codes dont count so you need to do your maths0
