Pump style school shoe

Does anyone know where I could get some properly fitted pump type shoes, no bar, for a 12 yr old. Clarks don't do them.Failing that at least some that don't slop at the sides like boats!

Clarks have a new style called NO MAGIC coming for the autumn, which is already in a few stores ( basingstoke and reading I know) but limited sizes. Not on the web and can't be ordered in store, but you might get lucky.
