annoying but if you're not bothered i'd just rise above it - sounds like you're the bigger person!0

Put a load of weed killer in it... then nothing will grow and so the soil is essentially useless lol0
-
tempting...... just dont want anything to do with her think it is all a little bizarre and frustrating really ..so many more things worth our time being spent on ! being one of them lol0

What makes her think you pinched it? There's clearly history here so the story must have 2 sides....0

Have a get together with your mates in her garden. If she complains, just say you're simply breathing the air that has blown over from your garden.0

Transplant weeds into the soil she's taking.
Plant seeds for all sorts in the soil, so that she have things growing for years to come from it.0 -
Taking soil without permission is classed as theft under S1 of the Theft Act 1968. The soil is classes as property. So it is a criminal offence to do so.0

You cannot steal her soil and she cannot steal yours. Technically she is trespassing by setting foot on your land if you have expressly said not to. TBH I cannot see any way either or you are going to prove who the soil belongs to so I'd simply think how sad her life must be ...Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
yes its better to rise above it, perhaps you could even make amends by actually posting the soil through her letter box, as a good will gesture.0
