there have been rumours that some councils will allow you to deliver the asbestor sheeting your self for free to some tips - as long as it is not smashed and the dust is getting out..
i have no intention of paying £1600 for fencing !! £629 is the second quote that came in - that includes a lot of gardening tidying and rubbish removal as well, so a bit better......0 -

Heard from legal team last night that I am not liaible, only the tenant is. He has no money so I think its still going to cost me. Such is life!0

If your tenant is liable then its between him and your neighbours insurers to work it out. Im sure your insurance has told you already but, do not accept any fault on your part.
