from what I got told at work you only get your uprating letter when the payment is made at the new rate,

You don't - I got mine in March and the increase will be my next payment.

they way some people behave on here is disgusting, and nothing whatsoever to do with the op's question, for god sake grow up! I'm new on here and find it a terrifing experience just posting on here for fear of what some people throw back at you. It lets down what could be a really good helpful forum.

In answer to the op, i didn't have an award letter so i requested one which was with me within a week or so. But when i got to the dealer they didn't need it as they already have the information on the screen when they put in the details from your motability renewal letter. hope this is of some help x

Please please dont let a very small minority of idiots put you off posting,99% of the people who post on a regular basis on here are both friendly AND helpful

woah, you are totally out of order, healy is a very much respected contributor to this forum, and always post helpful and correct advice,so back off.....

Thanks woodbine, I am still receiving unwanted PMs despite asking them to stop and according to them I am an uneducated moron who cannot spell ( their posts are littered with spelling mistakes!) as well as other insults.

Is there a way to block PMs from someone who is harassing you?

My apologies to the OP but I could not ignore this persons rudeness and ignorance.

I think your only option is to put them on your ignore list?

  • PipsoG, your comments are out of order and not relevant to the OP. Note this quote from the sidebar about forum etiquette:

I have never done that before, does it stop the PM's?

I would've thought so; but am not too sure.

I think it does Healy, you can try forwarding the pms to admin as well, they might be able to block them

OP You can call DLA and request a new entitlement letter, the number is on your old one.

Actually as an ex benefit advisor I can't see anything wrong with Healys posts and if I did I'd point it out to him/her. I'd do the same for you.

Oh and people who make veiled death threats on internet forums are beyond the t0ssp0t stage but i was too tired to get creative with my spellings to get around the forums swear words blocker.
