I shape them when they are raw, put them on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook in the oven, they take about 20 mins if they are thick. I check they are fully cooked by cutting into one and as long as the middle isn't pink they are done
I've never tried putting cheese in the middle, you'll have to let us know how it worked!
I shall show you if it don't come out like one big pancake0 -
Yes you mold and shape the raw mince. You might want to add some seasoning to bring up the flavour seeing as you have got any onions - pepper, herbs etc0

I have no herbs. Apart from parsley. All my cupboards contain is packet foods and tinned stuff. I don't have any cooking stuff.
Peeeeeeeeeeeeeeea. One, always one. I may not actually eat them yet due to health concerns, but I will deffo cook them! If I could muster up the courage to actually cook that vile bacon, I'd try one with bacon in the middle, but would just make me heave chunks.
Didnt know you looked here anyway, sheet, how embarrasing!0 -
Well it sounds delicious! As long as it's not raw, you shouldn't kill yourself
I'm going out for a curry tonight....no cooking for meI look forward to seeing the pics later!!

graham, mix the breadcrumbs and egg with the mince, chuck it all in one bowl then get in there with you hands (you can use a fork or spoon but it's much easier with your hands) and get mixing until it's all combined. Then shape.0
