Hi,
I renewed my Vodafone contract in December and was with them for 18 months before... is it possible for me to reduce my minutes/texts and get a cheaper monthly payment? I've heard that some networks will let you after a certain time but I'm unsure if that's true.
Thanks.

It depends what your price plan is. What is it called when you log in to your Vodafone account on their website?0

If you are on Your Plan or YPL, you cannot reduce your contract.
Otherwise, you can reduce one step at a time down £5.00 from month nine of the contract.0 -
Turns out I'm on Your Plan
Is there no other way to reduce? October Grocery Challenge - £67.18/£135

Unfortunately, no. You will have agreed to pay Vodafone that amount each month for the duration of your contract.0 -
