Paypal is a purchase, not cash

hes correct its purchase..............though you can give urself cash advances if u set up 2 paypal accounts with 2 different bank accounts, and 2 different emails ud then pay ure alternative paypal email with ure linked credit card and transfer the funds to your bank account.........effectively giving urself a cash advance without it being flagged as a cash advance, the whole process would probably take about a week and ud end up with some paypal fees, not as harsh as a cash advance rate though lol

ANYWAYS that was pointed out as a crazy legal loophole within paypal whichb i in nno way recommend anyone ever doing......just provin how it could be done as a fun fact

    :D
  • really are you 100% SURE? because that would be great...
i thought it would be cash because you are paying someone else cash VIA paypal so its kind of like card-->cash into paypal-->merchant. but can you confirm for SURE? can i get 2 people confirming just in case you are a liar. thanks

    also what about gamberling sites?

is there any way you can use a credit card that is deemed a "purchase" into any kind of site that lets you have some kind of account balance which you can then withdraw as money? what if you deposit funds into paypal by credit card? or can you not do that, is that allowed from a bank account only? damn i need cash to pay off the heavies.

Gambling sites are cash sites. Also you may find difficulties with paying yourself via paypal, I understand that it can reject the transaction because you are paying yourself
  • I think that if you use a gambling site it would be classed as a cash purchase and yes you can paypal yourself money using 2 different paypal accounts but there would be about a 3% paypal fee.
  • new age thing you are a genius...
sorry but would that really work? seriously?

You get charged when you withdraw the money from Paypal into your bank account
  • no i dont, that has never happened to me...
i regularly withdraw money to my bank account from paypal and i always receive the same amount i select...
if i withdraw £100, £100 goes to my bank, i never got charged a fee that way...
