of course im sure, thats how paypal WORKS ure sendin a PAYMENT to a consumer/busineses EMAIL which is LINKED to there SPECIFIC pay pal account

all u have to do is think about logically how the payp[al system works and ull know its true, like i said though im in no way recommending its done pointing it out as a "fun fact", also because paypal prevent u from givin urself a cash advance via ure own account........against terms and conditions..........anyways ive told you the loophole do with that info as you see fit lol

as for gambling sites ive no idea i never use them and couldnt comment

It depends how people send you the money, if they send it as a 'gift' payment the sender pays the fees, if it is sent as a payment for goods then the receiver pays the fees.

Paypal no longer charges to withdraw funds from your account but there is a minimum withdrawal of £6.00. If you chose fast payment withdrawal to your bank account there is a charge of £5.

Not quite..
If you're doing a personal payment there are no fees if paid from a bank account.
In this case it is a credit card so there is a 3.4% fee +20p and this is paid by the sender or the recipient.

Although I have heard of people doing this and receiving a friendly call from Paypal to say don't do this again or we'll block your account.

Always ways around it i could for example make a paypal payment to my girlfriends paypal or wifes or my mum and dads knowing theyd all give me the money, probably be EASIER actually, save me opening a second account......

As long as you don't do it all on the same internet connection, as Paypal are notorious for linking accounts based upon IP address

like i said always ways around stuff

not to mention umpteen ip hiding/changing programs torrent freaks are right into them, ive one myself i can say im surfing from africa one day brazil the next switzerland the day after followed by a surfin spell in germany all from the comfort of my home in scotland always handy lol (its a privacy thing)
