returning t-mobile phone....

Hi Everyone,

I have just been given a SE w300i as an upgrade from t-mobile but I am struggling with the keypad as the buttons all overlap. I wanna try and return the phone using the 7 day cooling off clause.

Has anyone ever done done this before and if so can you change for an alternative phone?

Any advice appreciated.

Hi there i got the mda pro and did in fact do it, i gave them a call on the 6th day and i said i no longer wwanted the phone, they said that would be fine and they would send me a post bag to return it tohem.

about 4-5 days after that i called them to make sure that they had it logged nthe system as i hadnt received the return bag.
Thety assured me that i was set to send it back when i finally ot it (on a friday ) and decided to actually send it back to them on the monday i had the phone for nearly 2 weeks(of course the last few days i was scared as hell i would damage it in some way) as slong as you tell them in those 6 days they are fine.

PS i got my phone on ugrdae over the phone with t-mobile so had the Distance selling act thingy to back me up for the 7 day cooling off period
