That surprises me - they make a lot of comission on GAP. Are you sure they didnt just add it on to the car price as a lump sum up front?

I think I might just do a long email to BMW CEO. Have now purchased the car so feel more confident about raising questions - problem was,a couple of weeks ago was 'oh can't afford it, trying to get out of the deal', now paid for can shout louder!!
Or again - am I gullible?!

Complain to anyone that'll listen - I'd hope that BMW's customer service would be shocked to hear that one of their dealers is acting in such a way.
