Well done :j:j:j I lost 3lbs today in my first week which I think is quite good.

Only spends for this week so far are £1.40 on coffee at work and 50p on a baked potato to go with lunch yesterday. Rounding up to £2 as rest goes into the change pot.

Well done Pointy, an excellent first week, a couple of girls at work do WW and we spend all day talking points, its not as dull as it sounds lol

Well today I spent £1.80 on a bacon roll, which I pointed accordingly, and £1 on dress down day, so I declare myself green this week £9.79

I think I'll have £15 for next week, as I need to pay some lottery funds at work.

This week I have spent £2.98: £1 for an icecream for little boy and 1.98 on chewing gum. So it is a happy GREEN for me.

I am starting on weight loss programme today - would like to lose 8 kg between now and July so that my next marathon time is under 4h 30 min. Looking for a group for mutual support.
