Is ebay one just big scam for the poor sellers??

    Apart from when ebay decide we're opening too many claims.:o

    Hopefully they'll look at percentage, not just amount.

    I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p

    These days I always always always get a POP from the post office no matter what the value of the item is (very rarely do I sell anything over the £40 mark); then I tell my buyers what I have done so they know I have a record of the posting; at least I have some chance of a claiming back from the PO if it all goes pear-shaped - or the buyer claims it does. Them's the risks.

    That said, never had to make a claim yet.
