My wife's Lloyds 1 year fix cash ISA matures at the end of June 2010. Am I right in reading here that Birmingham Midshires give the best rate for transfer in and addition of this year's allowance?...

To answer your question, we went for the year fix to get the good rate, but as I see you can actually get the same or higher in a variable.
What do people think interest rates are going to do over a year?
