I have a pair of the Sketchers Tone-ups which I've worn almost non-stop since I got them about 6 weeks ago. I've never worn toe post sandals in my life before but these are great. The soles are very comfortable and they do help with posture. My back isn't as sore as it sometimes has been, and my plantar fascitis is much improved.

I then bought a pair of FitFlops in Boots with my points. Didn't feel I could justify £50 but my points were just sitting there waiting to be spent. I had a bit of a problem with the toe post on these, but last week I bought a pair of Scholl gel pads, and they have helped immensely.

I also bought a pair of the Avon ones. Because they are white I've not worn them as much, but now I know they can be put in the washing machine I'll be less worried about them getting dirty.

Last week in our staffroom we had almost all of the 20+ staff in toe post sandals, and about half of those were the "exercise" kind.

I have driven in the Sketchers and the Fit Flops.

So do you have a favourate please?
    Any that are better quality?

    Thanks

There's a great thread on here, which a lot of Avon reps subscribe to. If you can't find a local rep, could be worth trying on there. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....php?t=2565873

PS: Love my Avon FlipFlops/FitFlops too! :T

Darn it just back from holiday and wanted to order the Avon white ones but now sold out. Any Avon Rep know if they'll be back in soon?

Got my delivery last week and according to Avon they are expecting further supplies by C12 (different delivery dates for various areas throughout the UK but in Devon that means 23 July). Did manage to get 1 pair of 6/7's but 4/5's have been out of stock for the last two campaigns (6 weeks) in our area.

Does anyone know what these are like regards width fitting, I would love a pair of fitflops but cannot get any on my feet, I am usually a 4/5 but even a 6 in fitflops wont get on my feet?

    Or anyone know any alternatives

    Thanks
    caris

I have really wide feet too; these are a very generous fit so hopefully will be OK. Unfortunately, now though the pink/grey ones are sold out; just the white/silver/sequins ones available or should I say coming back into stock shortly. At £10 though they're fab (and, of course, if you don't like them for whatever reason you can send them back for a full refund within 90 days! :T Bet you keep them though! ;) )

Can anyone recommend the sizing for the Avon ones at all? I'm 5 and a half usually - generally a 5 flip flops are fine.

    So which ones - 4/5 or 6/7 ??

    Many thanks!

I'd say definitely 4/5 - they're very generous. Should be back in stock late July.

    Update:
Thr Avon flip flops are fabulously comfortable but after 3 weeks occasional wear they are coming apart at the sides and have become less well fitting. I will probably start looking at the real thing on the weekend as I do love the comfortable sole but the quality is not great on mine.

Why not send them back for a full refund? (Avon have a 90 day full refund return policy.)

Yes, I can't drive in my Avon flops either!

Drive in mine no probs; actually never even thought about it. They're soooo comfy haven't worn anything else other than slippers (and sometimes I keep my Avon flops on rather than my slippers because slippers are too warm in this weather) since I got them two months ago. Thought I'd wrecked them yesterday at a charity BBQ - they were in a disgusting state. Quick wipe over with stain remover and they're back to (almost) pristine condition again. Have a spare pair of 6/7s in stock but think am going to keep them as my second 'good' pair rather than my 'work' pair. :rotfl:

Please can you advise what I should put in the Search box for the Avon ones.

    thanks

Wait until campaign 10 - they will be £10, the same as the pink ones.

I had the pink ones last year, and lost over a stone, without dieting, just because of wearing these shoes (from Avon).

They come in sizes 4/5 and 6/7 but come up bigger. If you are a 5/6 I would still order the 4/5.

Hi, Sorry, thought the link below would work (but seems it doesn't)

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/....php?t=2565873

Try putting 'Avon' in the search 'Forum' section and it should show 'Avon Hints and Tips (Part 5)' or something similar. We're such a gossipy and helpful bunch on there that we keep having to start new threads! :rotfl:

Lots of reps throughout the UK look in there regularly so hopefully you'll find a local rep. (Or, find someone local to sign you up to be an Avon rep in your own right if you've ever fancied that! ;))
