Made me laugh and reminded me of the unfortunate day I tipped a bag of unlabelled frozen gooseberry purée into a pan of minestrone soup thinking it was chicken stock!
Amazing how similar some things look when they're still in a frosted state!

I occasionally label my freezer containers with painter's tape; I then have to be very careful to move the frozen containers, otherwise the labels come off!

Help!! I downloaded a Wimsey Dorothy L Sayers to kindle.  All fine. Format perfect.  Read some then left it
When I came back next day, it had gone back to the beginning.  I tried all sorts but couldn't seem to stop it.

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?  I was so pleased with faded page.

Sorry, I can't help.  I tried Kindle for the first novel, but then I couldn't find it! 

I download a pdf file and save it to Dropbox, so I can read it anywhere.

Sorry - I've never kindled or read a book online.  I'm a paperback person.

But if you tell me the title I'll tell you whodunnit!!

An idea prompted by reading how many people use less washing powder/liquid.

I've divided the pellets in my Eco Egg into 2 equal piles, returned one half to the egg and put the other half into a Ziplock bag.

Do you think this would have the same effect as using less powder/liquid, which is what I normally do?

As an aside, my mother always used to use far less powder.  When I said that wasn't what the pack said, she said "No.  But (1) we live in a soft water area, so don't need as much as people in a hard water area do and (2) they're selling it!"
