Bleepy - HELP :-(

I've just ordered a phone on bleepy.com with cashback and come across the claiming system for cashback. Frankly I don't trust it
I've also seen the reviews...
Can I simply send my phone back when it arrives to cancel. Preferably to T-Mobile directly. What is the time limit for that?
I simply want to avoid waiting a month for a bill, then 20 working days for cashback to "clear". Then to find I don't get cashback and I'm stuck with the contract

DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) would apply in this case as you placed your order via their website. You have 7 days from receipt to change your mind and return the phone but it will have to go back to where it came from. Just be sure to inform them within 7 days that you want to return the phone and to cover yourself keep a record of any correspondence and phone calls.0

Thanks. If I'm lucky they wont have sent it yet and it will only cost me a couple of phone calls0

I've also just realised I've typed Bleepy and not Beepy! :-) oops0

Probably irrelevant, but with T-Mobile after checking the cash back deals etc and picking the appropriate bold on it did seem the direct sale from was only a couple of quid more and no hoops to be jumped through.0
