Council Tax Rebanding

Following advice from Martin on the telly I contacted my local council about 18 months ago to ask about rebanding for our council tax.. Well after much ado I now have two cheques equalling about £1500 (nice holiday getting booked this week). Our council tax was re-banded from D down to C.
We now pay just under £200 less per year if you tot up council tax, water and sewerage.
