this service is an absolute disgrace...had it since april the 10th so exactly 14 days...in that time ive had agents swear at me, hang up on me and call me a liar all of which should be recorded...i havent signed any contract as i havent received any sort of welcome pack or terms and conditions so ive tried to cancel and they are quoting £500+ can they do this if ive only had it 14 days? id appreciate if anyone can advise the quickest legal way out of this and whether i would stand a chance going to a lawyer
