Last week I was called by O2 customer services asking if I was happy with the service. It so happens that, after my Sky experience, I have been highly delighted with the O2 service. 12 months of no downtime & never less than 11mg connection.
I was asked if I was willing to renew my contract & as I was, was given 3 free months. I had no intention of leaving anyway.
This was completly unsolicited.
Excellent service O2.
