    Morning folks,

I've not posted in quite a long time. Life has been fine, but my drinking has been creeping up and up and has intensified over the past few weeks so I'm back here looking to make a commitment to cutting down (or even quitting).

A typical example is one night last week. I'd decided to get a small bottle of wine from the supermarket but even on the bus home I was panicking that it wouldn't be enough. The minute it was gone I was back at the offie buying more.

And if I open a bottle of wine I end up drinking the lot.

    Sick of hangovers.

    Thanks for listening.

    Welcome back my friend :D

Just pop back on the wagon and give it a go to cut back down if you like or give a few AFD's a go and we'll hold your hand to get there

I'll declare AF Monday Sparkles. I've just had my dinner so that if past my danger time (what attracts me most if I am honest is the 'buzz' from cold white wine on an empty stomach :o).

So with a full tummy I'm much more likely to stick to coffee or tea.

    Hello,

    Declaring:

Sparkles: Monday is in the bag :)

    DB: 10 please :)

I got a note that postman had tried to deliver me a letter that needs signature. Now I am getting myself into twist thinking that I have been taken to court due to my unpaid bailiff fees that I have fought to be unlawful. I will find out tomorrow when I go to the delivery office to get it. Or it could be something that my brother sent me as he recently called to ask me what is the county on my address but why would that need a signature - hmmmm

If you see me here later kick me out please as I really need to get a super duper fantastic cover letter i.e. email drafted as I am yet again attempting to find a job nearer BF.

I am going to declare today af pls DB so think that makes me 4 for May and 1 day of the challenge please Sparkles...no inclination to drink today, had quite a heavy weekend after all and I was really annoyed at myself for drinking 3 nights....anyway onwards and upwards....just been on the wii fit for the first time in 265 days  and will be going running again tomorrow, my plan is to be more active in the evenings to get past my 'danger zone time'

Hope everyone is good tonight and your toothache improves bhb

Nice to see you back Miss P, my twins start school in September but they already go to nursery 4 days a week so it won't be too much different, however they don't really seem to have a clue about going so think it will be a shock when I take them on their first day and they have to line up and go in and not just wave off ds :D

Welcome back too glasgowgirl, you know you are in the right place for moral support, so go for it girl x

Budgie, Hope things are ok with you wil all this stuff with Mr Budgie and that you enjoyed your time with ds...did you manage to sort out your treadmill in the end ?

I'm merry AF for Monday too Sparkles, and thats 10 now DB, thanks.

I've had a rubbish evening driving round and round town in rush hour traffic looking for a place I need to get to early Monday morning. Still couldn't find it so I've cancelled the appointment (which is going to wind a few people up I think). All the way back all I could think of was a nice cold glass of white - BUT - I managed to walk straight past the fridge when I got in and now have the kettle on. I am proud of myself as that is normally one of my triggers for getting through a couple of bottles without thinking.

So I'm AF, very glad to be home and my lovely husband is cooking me spaghetti B for tea (even though he had to sit in the car with me for 3 hours moaning)!

Hope everyone else has had a better day :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

69chick...Piglet goes twice a week for 5 hours each time. He's really looking forward to school but think it may overwhelm him a bit when he finally gets there!!

BHB....hope toothache is feeling a bit better.

Sparkles...sorry but not joining in on this one. Don't want to let anyone else down as well as myself iykwim! Trying to take pressure off of myself as I think pressure makes me rebel more!!
