    Thanks.:)

So glad I found this thread. I don't think my friends take me seriously when I talk about it. They don't see it as as much of an issue as I do.

Thanks very much! Just need to wait and see if some things grow to fruition and the roses flower this year and I'll be proud to call myself a gardener :D

Latest misdemeanour was Saturday, don't remember anything after 11ish. Don't remember going to a club. Don't remember being refused re-entry after going out for a cigarette (I don't smoke!). Don't remember being put in a cab. Remember walking a fair way of the route home, but don't remember why I got out of/was ejected from the taxi. Don't remember borrowing and spending £30, in addition to the £35 I took out.:(:(:(
I just don't seem to be able to recognise when I've had too much and should move on to soft drinks. I think its maybe because I only go out every few weeks so its like a blow out?
Anyone had similar experience to me?

I have had many experiences like that Elvis. Welcome by the way.
I'm just going a day at a time. I was knocking back loads of wine at home too and I hated waking up in the morning not remembering what time I went to bed or what I had watched on TV. I used to record all my fav programmes, watch them drunk at the normal time and then have to watch them again earlier the following day before I got too drunk.

    I do that too.

    Hi everyone.

    welcome Elvis.

Lovely to have you back Mookie and SOS.

Well done to Winebox for only having half the usual amount last night :j I've often wondered whether we should have targets for those who have cut down a lot rather than just had an AF day. Say for peeps who want to stick to recommended limits. Can't think quite how to do the scoring along with the AF ones too though.

    Updated scores:-

Hi Elvis, each month one of the posters kindly offers to run AF day challenge. This month its Decemberbaby (DB). Just let DB know how many AF days you are aiming for this month and then when you achieve one post it up in colour so that its easy to pick out.

If you don't want to set a target you can be TF - Target Free but DB will still keep a tally for you if you declare an AF day.

    (Hope that makes sense)

Um, can I miss that out altogether? Don't mean to not get involved, but I don't really have a problem with drinking too regularly etc, I often go 2 or 3 weeks without a drink.
