I've just had a thought (an honest thought, not just so that I'm only 5 away ), but maybe its the maderia sauce on the pork that shouldn't have been frozen, it doesn't look very appetisting _pale_

What you all reckon?

Think you're right about that - probably the sauce ingredients mean don't freeze it as they may split on defrosting however I'm sure as long as it is fully defrosted abd cooked properly through and hot all the way through it will be fine.

I've done this before and lived to tell the tale!

It looks a bit dodge, but not sure till it's defrosted properly. Having split maderia sauce can't make you ill can it, surely it's just the quality that might be reduced iykwim?

I think you're probably right about the sauce but it won't do you any harm. Perhaps you could make gravy to go with it, as there's never a generous amount of sauce. I had a similar experience with one of M&S £10 deals and lived to tell the tale.

Hope DD2 doesn't trampoline on her new bed too much so it's broken before bed time.
