DB - Put me down for 17 please
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I am proud to announce the following

Since my practically enforced AF state and my 'diet' (some weeks on and off out of 8 weeks) and my 5 weeks of running

Ta da da da da I've lost 3 inches from my waist, 2.5 from my thigh and 1 from my chest - c'mon the exercise is only gone and started working!

Soz for boasting but I am bursting with pride after eating pie and potatoes and bread all week so no weight loss but the running is working well to improve my state of mind and losing some fat!

Fantastic - I'm so jealous but very impressed :T:T:T:T
