What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I have completed my Week 4 run programme and starting Week 5 at the weekend
I have lost another 2lb on my diet making it 9lb in total
I have been accepted for my masters programme and am ready to start later this year
I am happy and settled and content and enjoying the exercise

Congratulations Sparkles, on all counts :T you sound so positive now compared to when you were drinking xxx
    Morning
    Fell off wagon.
Rollercoaster few weeks (always the same excuse..life happens whether I have a drink or not) nothing more than a couple of stellas a night, but tired of it.

Pick myself up, dust myself down etc etc

Hiya DC, good luck for the next few days hun xxx
I had the results of my heart test yesterday and it has shown that there is a problem with the heart rhythm. I'm to be referred to a cardiologist for further tests. To be honest, to say I'm worried sick would be an understatement. I will have to step up the AFness which won't be easy when I'm worrying. I will just have to do it though.

DB, oh what a worry for you and your family. I am thinking of you, let us know when the appointment is xxx

Randomname, don't get too despondent, we all have fallen from the wagon at one point or another, me mostly :o take each day as it comes. xxx

As for me, well I went out last night and had a fantastic time, I did drink but didn't have too many, went to a Greek restaurant with all my old work buddies, lovely food, belly dancers and plate smashing then lots of dancing! Had a really great time. Tonight, me and OH are going out for a meal and yes I will drink but will not overdo it.

Hope everyone's well this morning? I'm wishing I was back at that restaurant eating the yummy food.....seafood salad, garlic mushrooms, lamb cutlets, humous  ah man :(

    Morning RA  xx
