Well I hope this evening finds you all well and happy out there. The sun is setting beautifully here and I have had a rather good week and am buzzing about it naturally!

I have completed my Week 4 run programme and starting Week 5 at the weekend
I have lost another 2lb on my diet making it 9lb in total
I have been accepted for my masters programme and am ready to start later this year
I am happy and settled and content and enjoying the exercise

.....just craving some choccie now and fighting the urge to go to the shop and buy some!

How is everyone tonight - out partying or in?

Hey sparkles I'm partying in the garden, just got a pile of shrubs to put in

:) I can call this an AFD as I'm home alone (no wine in either)

Sun not near setting here yet - but will catch up with your sunset later :)

Well done on the dieting - and woo hoo to joining a masters programme!!

OMG just totally blubbed about emmerdale.......shadrach just died cos of his cirrhosis. My beloved nan died 3 yrs ago in hospital due to cirrhosis of the liver..... she could be nasty, vicious, down right rude.....
the day my granddad died i poured her drink down the sink after she had a go at me and the family for laughing outside the house after we got back from an evening in the pub, reminiscing about him. she apologised the next day after i left for home.....
but she loved me. when i moved away from my mums (she moved to that area eventually) to be with my now partner she rang me and i could tell she was crying.

i dont want to end up like that. yes i've had a drink tonight. and i will tomorrow. but that will be it for the rest of the week.....

    Evening everyone

    Hope you all are ok??

Fay if you could just "pop" down here and sort out my front garden that would be great :-) I'm definately a fairweather gardener...although I AM enjoying picking courgettes etc at the moment :)

Tonights plans.....Lidl's lasagne and garlic bread (piglet calls it Dalek bread for some bizarre reason:rotfl:) once Piglet asleep. He threw a right wobbly at bedtime wanting me to put him to bed. Just got in from work though and was knackered and needing a cup of tea and some painkillers for me foot...so OH insisted on putting him to bed. Made me feel awful though:(.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow....quiet morning for us and then OH going to collect kids at 12.30, dropping piglet off at in-laws on way, and then taking the kids to Bath for stepdaughter to spend her birthday money. So I'm likely to have 5 hours at least to myself!!! No car, so can't go anywhere but I don't mind that. Peace and quiet will be lovely.

Anyway, dalek bread nearly ready:rotfl:. Catch you all later.

Have a good holiday gien, enjoy it moderately!

:T on the Masters sparkles and hope you didn't succumb to shopping for chocolate:naughty: that definitely won't help the weightloss

    Sending you hugs dotstar.

Miss P, I love your piglet and his dalek bread. I remember when DD1 used to ask for beefbu**ers when she was little. We managed to keep a straight face-just. Enjoy your peace and quiet tomorrow and rest that foot!

    Sending you :grouphug: too fay.

Have a good weekend everyone and :T to all staying AF tonight.
