hello folks,

Can I fall back into this thread please - that's me all over, start something and never finish it!!!
I've been absent a while and keeping more or less under control - I've lurked a bit and popped in to read a few times although RL often takes over.
However, I have found my consumption creeping up, partly because it's summer and we are now on holidays with the kids off school, partly because I feel a bit stressed through buying a house. it doesn't matter why I'm drinking more but I know I have to scale it back a bit and so I shall do my best to post regularly.

Very Glad to see that not a lot has changed and the same folks are posting. I feel I can relax here!
