I'm more of a Burger King man myself. In fact, I might have one for lunch today.

    Spot on!

I am having an AF day today. I cannot remember ever not drinking on a Friday night. I will allow myself 1 or 2 beers Sat & Sun. I am aiming to only drink (in moderation) two nights a week and if I cant get that right then I will have to quit altogether.

Drinking in moderation when a drink is a treat rather than a fix is a place we'd all like to be.

However, the fact that we yearn for this is an indication of it being a problem.

I don't crave birthday cake every day but I devour it when I get it.

I honestly dont know the extent of my problem, as in -am I just a heavy drinker or alchoholic? I dont wake up craving a drink but I will buy a bottle of wine and finish it nearly every night of the week. I have just put this down to being in stress and a bad habit. But now my life is taking a turn for the better and I cant use the stress element as an excuse. Will see how it goes.

On a more positive note, I have kicked cigs two weeks ago and as I will cut out the booze completely if I have to.
