    This whole breaking news business is quite bizarre, it's the end of an era and I really don't know how I feel about it.

    As for the records, I bought 'What's Going On?' by Marvin Gaye, I only had a greatest hits LP and that had some of the more recent cheesy songs that I don't care for all that much. Then I bought 'Mountain High, River Deep' by Ike and Tina Turner which is a magnificent record which is a joy to listen to from start to finish, and finally I bought a very early record by Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band called 'The Wild, The Innocent and The E-Street Shuffle' which is also great, it's nice to hear some of his early stuff that sounds like he was just about to pen the classic 'Born To Run'.

    I'm also mystified by what Marru has just found.

    What an odd night. I wasn't expecting that quite so quickly (or have I just been walking about with my eyes shut all day!)
    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
