Well done SKY

I know that a lot of what we do on these boards is complain about poor service, and rightly so. However, i want to say a big thank you to colin at SKY technical services who was absolutely brilliant today and has resurrected my SKY+ box after it died. i had followed all of the advice on the web about getting the box out of stand-by mode to no avail, equally my first foray with SKY.

I tried again to get them to validate my old normal box and viewing card and got Colin who asked to try one more thing with the SKY+ box. Well 10:T minutes on the phone waiting whilst I reconnected it all up to the TV (he insisted on waiting rather than me try to call back) and he talked me through a procedure and viola, all working perfectly.
